For weddings with more than 50 guests, we are unable to provide both cocktail hour and reception dinner service.
To ensure a seamless experience, we require a proper service area in order to execute dinner service safely and efficiently.
Venue Requirements:
Refrigeration
Running water
Heating source (stove/oven or warming towers)
Adequate table space for setup
As we are not a full-scale catering company, we rely on these essentials to maintain food quality, safety, and service standards.
Having the proper equipment in place allows us to uphold ServSafe guidelines and provide the level of service your event deserves.

Your choice of charcuterie meats, cheeses, crackers and fillers.

Hand-held Appetizers
Warm or cold choices one-two bites finger foods, or dips that can be used for hand passed or stationary on the grazing table.
